Information on online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

2. Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts which you conclude with me, Mohamed Ahmed Sayed Moustafa as provider via the internet platform Etsy. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is contradicted.
(2) Consumer in the sense of the following regulations is every natural person, who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which predominantly can neither be attributed to his commercial nor his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, upon conclusion of a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.

3. Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the shopping cart. You can call up the shopping cart via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time. After selecting the payment method and calling up the "Proceed to checkout" page, the personal data and the data relating to the payment method are entered. Finally, all order data is displayed again on the order overview page.
Before sending the order, you have the possibility to check and change all details on the order overview page again (also via the function back of the Internet browser) or to cancel the purchase.
By submitting the order by clicking on the corresponding button, you declare the acceptance of the offer in a legally binding manner, which results in the purchase contract.

4. Contract text
The complete text of the contract is not stored by me. Before sending the order, the contract data can be printed or electronically saved using the print function of the browser.

5. Language
For the conclusion of the contract the German language is available.

6. Essential characteristics of the goods or services
The essential characteristics of the goods and/or services are to be found in the respective offer.

7. Prices
The prices are inclusive of value added tax, but without shipping costs.
The shipping costs are shown separately in the offer and are to be borne by you in addition, unless free shipping is promised.

8. Terms of payment

9. Delivery time and delivery conditions
The delivery times are shown on the respective product.
As far as in the respective offer or under the accordingly designated button no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place within 6-9 days after contract conclusion (with agreed upon pre-payment however only after the time of your payment instruction).
As far as you are a consumer, it is regulated by law that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods during shipment is only transferred to you when the goods are handed over to you, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company not named by the entrepreneur or any other person designated to carry out the shipment.

10. Warranty for defects
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply to material defects.
(2) As a consumer, you are requested to check the item immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. If you fail to do so, this will not affect your statutory warranty claims.

11. Reservation of proprietary rights
I reserve the right of ownership of the delivered goods in any case until full payment of the purchase price including shipping costs.

12. Choice of law
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn (principle of favourability).
(2) The provisions of the UN Sales Convention shall expressly not apply.

Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, JUMA, Inh. Mohamed Ahmed Sayed Moustafa, An den Reben 31d, 55122 Mainz, Germany, e-mail shop@juma-ideen.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample revocation form below, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- For the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs;
