    Welcome to my little shop and thanks so much for browsing! My shop policies are pretty simple and customer-friendly - feel free to take my word on it!

    Returns and exchanges
    We don't hope but it can always happen: the item gets lost in the mail! If this happens, please contact me and we'll work something out. If it arrives damaged, I will replace the item or give you a comparable one; if you don't want a replacement, I'll refund your money.

    If you changed your mind after purchasing from my store, you can cancel a purchase before I've sent the item out. If I've already shipped it, please contact me and we can work something out.

    Currently, I accept PayPal only.
    Shipping
    I ship within three working days at the moment, but work hard on shortening my processing time. The postage fees stated are without insurance. If you wish, I can send the items as a registered letter which costs an extra 2.05 €.

    If you don't live in Europe: please note that I ship from Germany and the item might take a little while to cross the ocean!
