Custom-made products and personalized orders
We make possible what is possible. :)
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping, as the gift packaging of the very heavy bee stones would visually suffer during transport. We "re- and upcycle" our packaging, often with a lot of tinkering effort, from materials that have already been used in other shipments. For .B, we often use food boxes from the discount supermarket around the corner. Why? For sustainability reasons to save valuable resources and unnecessary waste. Sustainable here means continuing to use usable packaging material as often as possible. For this reason, new material is only used in our packaging in the form of adhesive tape. Unfortunately, we cannot do without plastic for stability reasons.
About sizes
Everything with us is handmade according to a sense of proportion. Sizes are always only approx. Contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping Conditions
We ship EU-wide and within Germany at the risk of the buyer. Shipping is insured. Damage caused during shipping must be reported by the buyer to the shipping provider.
Shipping costs
We ship within Germany for a maximum of 6.95 Euro shipping costs for your entire order. Within the EU we charge 13,90 Euro for shipping. However, it can surprisingly lead to significantly higher costs (e.B. to Greece). If you order from us from such a country with significantly higher shipping costs, we will unfortunately have to reclaim the resulting cost difference or we will have to cancel your purchase. We hope for your understanding.
How can I hang my wild bee nesting stone on the wall?
It's very simple. You can carefully drill one or two holes in the back with the drill and hang the stone on it (like a picture frame) on a nail or screw. Just be careful not to drill too close to the edge and slightly obliquely upwards. In the process, one or two nesting passages that are drilled may be lost. But for many of our customers, this has been a very good solution so far. The clay is very softly fired and can be drilled well with a stone drill.(However, we assume no liability for drilling!)A little more complex is the attachment of a small shelf on which the nesting stone can be placed. All nesting passages would be preserved.
