delicato, elegante e unico. Dopo ore di ricerca
online e in ogni boutique che ho potuto trovare, sono tornato a casa
a mani vuote. Così ho fatto quello che qualsiasi sarta testarda
andrebbe bene: l'ho fatto io stesso.
Quel colletto ha ricevuto più complimenti di tutto il mio outfit.
Gli amici mi hanno chiesto dove l'ho comprato. Gli sconosciuti mi hanno fermato.

It all started with a wedding invitation and a problem
I couldn't solve in any store.
I was looking for the perfect detachable lace collar —
delicate, elegant, and unique. After hours of searching
online and in every boutique I could find, I came home
empty-handed. So I did what any stubborn seamstress
would do — I made it myself.
That collar got more compliments than my entire outfit.
Friends asked where I bought it. Strangers stopped me
to ask. That's when I realized I wasn't the only one
searching for something special.
I opened KnotAndDrape from my home studio, with nothing
but a sewing machine, a love for beautiful fabrics,
and a firm belief that small details make a big difference.
Today, every tie, collar, scarf, and bolero in this shop
is still handcrafted by me — Nora. I personally source
every fabric, cut every piece, and sew every stitch.
No mass production. No shortcuts. Just honest handmade
work and a lot of love for what I do.
