Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order? What if I want to pick and mix between all the different themes you offer?
On the majority of our listings all you need to do is select the number of keyrings required from the drop down menu where it says 'Number of Keyrings' or 'Bulk Buy'. It is important to leave the 'Quantity' box as '1'.
✏ List all names and preferred colours in the personalisation box and checkout!
⭐ You may mix and match between any of our designs by placing your order on one listing and letting us know the details in the personalisation box.
For example :
Number of keyrings = 5 Keyrings
Ted - Nerf
Emma - Unicorn
Ahmad - Dino
Finlay - Spiderman
Asma - Pastel rainbow
What is the cost of delivery? What if I need my order urgently?
🎁 Delivery is a flat rate of £2.88 for Second class - no matter how many keyrings you buy. This is the cheapest option if you're not in a hurry.
For faster/tracked options, we recommend upgrading delivery at checkout.
Delivery upgrades are available to select at checkout.
Listed here are our delivery options in order of speed and reliability:
1- Rush My Order - Fastest and most reliable
2- Special Delivery - Very reliable, especially during strikes.
3- Tracked First Class - Prioritised during strikes.
4 - Standard First Class - No tracking
⭐ Our 'Rush My Order' option means we will make your keychains first! So your order will be prioritised over all other orders and will be posted with Special Delivery. This is our fastest option.
Which courier do you use?
All of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
Most packages are letterbox friendly and do not require a signature so there's no need to wait in!
If your order is exceptionally large or if you have selected 'Special Delivery' then a signature will be required. We'll inform you if this is the case.
How quickly do you dispatch orders? And do you ship overseas?
We offer a fast and reliable service! The majority of our orders are dispatched the same or next working day!
During busy periods we will keep our processing times updated. If you need your order by a specific date, just contact us to see if we can accommodate it. (We usually can 😊)

I would like to add a keyring to an order I have already placed. Is this something you can do?
Yes sure. This happens often! We have a special listing where you may add keyrings to an existing order and not pay postage twice. (Link below)

When I order more than one keyring, the postage price increases. Am I doing something wrong?
You need to only select quantity required from the drop-down menu where it says either 'Number of Keyrings' or 'Bulk Buy'. Leave all other quantity boxes as '1' to avoid incurring additional postage charges.
