On the subject of sustainability:
The creative workshop has been thinking for a long time about how to make the production of the figures sustainable. The economical use of natural resources is very important to us.
We have managed to establish business relationships with some partners, from whom we can buy up already produced goods with small errors. This material is not destroyed, but continues to be used by us.
Here are some examples:
• To wrap the sisal, we used, among other things, expired gauze bandages that have not yet been used.
• We source undershirts from the wardrobe. These are used in the workshop as winding material.
• For the clothing we use cotton and linen cloth fabric from household dissolutions.
• The shoes, costume parts and bags are made from old leather coats.
• For the shepherd's sticks we use dried perennial sticks from our garden.
