Returns and exchange details
Please contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item in its original packing and I will reship the item at my cost.

All price ard prices in EURO.
Shipping
Shipping times are: up to 5 weekdays to Germany; 3-6 weekdays to Europe and 6-10 weekdays to the rest of the world.
International buyers are responsible for paying any customs fees. I can not be responsible for lost international orders, but if you'd like to purchase insurance, please contact me.
Shipping rates include shipping, handling fees.
