Had an issue with the first ornament that was shipped; there was no color on it. Sent owner a message and he immediately admitted that his printers had a problem. Not sure how it passed quality control, but he agreed to correct and ship another. I haven't received the new one yet, but I'm sure it will be beautiful. He did send a tracking number.

A great, personalized engagement gift for my daughter and her fiance. The seller was so easy to work with and replaced (at no charge) the original sent item when she realized I wished for a specific state park to be show in a closer way.
