5 out of 5 starsThe seller is very kind and you can tell by speaking to them that they really care about their brand. Item shipped quickly and package arrived in good condition. I think their customized products are adorable too and will keep them in mind for that, in the future. I added on the little bow to this picture and folded the ears, product arrives as pictured in the seller listing photos. I just forgot to take a picture of how it looked when it first arrived and this is how I've set it up for my new mom friend. Overall happy with my purchasing experience and communication with the seller.
