5 out of 5 starsThe quality of the product is great and meets my expectations completely. There are compromises in the packaging, as it was simply unnecessarily large (an approximately A7 envelope with tons of filling material in a disproportionately large box).

When I contacted him about it he was completely understanding and helpful, and wasted no time to send it back out to me. This is the way. Very cool guy with very cool stuff! Ich habe wieder alle tassen im schrank! And yes, the mug rules.
