Not only does MadamLili have a small, motivated team of 5 people, but it also has a creative force driving the company -
Hicran.

As a true rocket, she transforms her positive energy into something productive and is always on the lookout for new ways and discoveries. With a solid background in business administration and years of experience as a banker, she successfully made the transition from business to design and pursued her passion for fashion, design, and innovation at London's most prestigious institutions, such as Central Saint Martins and the London College of Fashion.

After completing her recent philosophy degree, she sees herself not only as a designer but also as a philosopher who admires the works of Sartre, Wittgenstein, and Cioran. For her, jewelry is not only an aesthetic component but also a means to express the philosophy and personality of each individual.

The admiration for philosophers like Sartre, Wittgenstein, and Cioran is reflected in the work, as inspiration and knowledge flow into the jewelry collections. As Sartre expressed it, "Man is condemned to be free." Freedom is considered essential for the unfolding of personality and for achieving individual happiness.

Emil Cioran, a philosopher known for his dark thoughts and pessimistic ideas, is also an important influence. His philosophy about suffering and the meaning of life inspires the jewelry pieces to be viewed as a form of catharsis and comfort for those who have difficulty finding meaning in the world. Yet despite these gloomy thoughts, belief in the good in people and the power of nature persists. Each individual has the potential to make the world a better place, and it is through actions and decisions that it is possible to positively influence the lives of others.

With MadamLili, a platform has been created that celebrates the diversity and beauty of different European cultures and perspectives. The jewelry pieces are more than just products - they are an expression of values, beliefs, and philosophies that can inspire people around the world. As Sartre expressed it, "Freedom has no existence without itself. It is its own existence, and its being is defined in it."

Born in Germany and with Hittite roots from Western Anatolia, where the ancient Greeks established their philosophy, Hicran sees herself as a bridge builder between cultures, bringing together the positive aspects of both in the magical world of MadamLili. She loves nature and believes in the goodness of people, which is also reflected in her approach to interacting with MadamLili's customers.

Hicran enjoys spending time with MadamLili's customers and often takes on customer service to learn about their feelings and opinions about the jewelry. She values the close contact with customers and sees it as a valuable opportunity to further improve her designs and messages.

Elba

MadamLili also has a master of analysis who takes care of the financial and organizational aspects of the company - Elba. Under his watchful eye, the company gradually and steadily develops. With a background in Asian and European history (master's and PhD), he contributes to the shaping of the company and its philosophy. His goal is to merge the mystery of past epochs with natural aesthetics and present them in the form of exquisite accessories around the world.

Elba's expertise and passion for history inspires MadamLili to create unique jewelry pieces that bridge the gap between past and present.

MadamLili

The idea for MadamLili emerged in 2008 when Hicran and Elba decided to combine their passion for accessories and history. The name was suggested by Hicran as "Madam" and by Elba as "Lili." After the official founding in 2009, the company opened its first workshop with its own staff in 2010. By 2011, MadamLili had already gained international recognition, especially in Poland, Norway, and France. In 2012, MadamLili was registered as a brand and opened its first store.
