About MadamLili
Our story
Behind MadamLili is a great team of employees and at the same time good friends from different European countries.
Hicran
But the creative mind is Hicran - a real rocket that has turned its positive energy into a company. Curious and open-minded, she strives for new paths and discoveries. The creative mind has a solid business administration background and many years of experience as a banker. She has crowned the transition from business to design at the best London institutions:
Central Saint Martins University and the London College of Fashion in the direction of fashion, design and innovation. Born in Kassel, Germany, with Anatolian roots, she creates a bridge between two cultures and combines the positive aspects of both into the magical world of MadamLili. She loves nature and believes in the good in people. Therefore nature and the needs of the customers are always in the center of attention, according to the principle:
"You are the light and the love. You are the world."
Elba
MadamLili also has her analyst, who takes care of the financial and organisational side of things - Elba. The company is developing gradually and safely under his eye. His knowledge of Asian and European history (Master and PhD) contributes to the shaping of the company and its philosophy. His aim is to combine the mysterious of the past with the natural aesthetics under one roof and to show it worldwide in the form of selected accessories.
MadamLili
The idea for the company came in 2008, when Hicran gave the name 'Madam' and Elba - 'Lili'. MadamLili was officially founded in 2009 and the year after the first workshop with its own staff was established. In 2011 the company is already internationally known, especially in Poland, Norway and France. In 2012 MadamLili was registered as a trademark and opened its first shop. In the next few years the cooperation with some of the big retailers, such as Promobo and Karstadt, grows and creates an international enthusiasm through the cooperation with the European boutiques. In 2014 MadamLili is a Dawanda top seller in Germany and through alittlemarket.com a bestseller in France. These successes lead to the opening of an own online shop. 2015 madamlili.com starts with 500 products. The interest is great and the site grows every day.
Today MadamLili has a multilingual team that offers customer service in different languages. The products are designed and/or manufactured in the MadamLili workshop and each piece is wrapped with the positive energy so that customers can enjoy the "joie de vivre to wear" wherever they go.
The guiding idea was clear from the beginning: " You are the light and the love. You are the world."
