5 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, the prayer diary arrived slightly battered (broken corners etc.) and the shipping took a little longer (but is the fault of DHL), but it is super nice and I use it every day. At least now it would have signs of use anyway, so that doesn't bother me. :)

Hallo Naina, das tut uns wirklich leid, dass das Gebetstagebuch abgeschlagene Ecken hatte, als es bei dir eintraf. Wir bemühen uns immer Reklamationen direkt und so leicht, wie nur möglich für unsere Kunden abzuwickeln. Solltest du unzufrieden sein, kannst du dich direkt nochmal an uns per E-Mail wenden. Wir danken dir für diese Rückmeldung, denn dadurch haben wir nun die Möglichkeit ergriffen, eine Schutzhülle um die Bücher anzubringen. Das war wirklich sehr hilfreich.
