My heart is just broken, but the video gives me an idea of what he looks like crossing the Rainbow Bridge and, even though I miss my baby tremendously, it gave me comfort to see him "alive" again. So bittersweet, but I'm so happy I bought this. The seller communicated with me at each step. Very understanding.
