Are Customisations for my theme possible?
Absolutely, we do offer customisations for our themes and happily provide you with our expertise. Right now we have three customisation packages in our shop:
Small // Medium // Large
If you're not sure what the right package is for you, write us and tell us your customisation wish and we steer you in the right direction.

Are MyBoutique Themes compatible with Wordpress.com?
No, in general they are NOT compatible with Wordpress.com.
All our Themes are designed and coded for the Wordpress.org software which requires a self hosted site and domain.
The only way you can use our Themes with Wordpress.com is if you're on the BUSINESS PLAN with Wordpress.com.
If you're unsure whether you are blogging on WP.com or WP.org please write us and we'll find out in no time.

I feel a bit overwhelmed with Wordpress - Does your Theme support offer coaching to help me get familiar with everything?
Should you decide to buy your new design at our shop we'll be at your side from the very first moment and accompany your journey all the way.
We don't offer any coaching currently but we can provide you with helpful links that will get you familiar on how to handle WordPress. Like everything in life the more you practise the better and more easy things get.
How does the process of purchasing a Wordpress theme work?
1.) - You choose the theme you like best and placed it into your cart.
2.) - If you're set and don't need any other services you'll place your order.
3.) Right after your purchase you'll be able to download your new theme as a zip.file
4.) Unzip it and and follow the theme documentation on how to install and setup your new design.
5.) Need help or have something you like to ask? We have a super fast responding time, so please don't hesitate to write us at hello[at]myboutique.com.
6.) Launch your new beautiful website and share it what the world.
Does your shop offer refunds?
Due to the nature of all our products being all digital downloads we DO NOT offer any refund since the items are non-tangible. Please be aware that the moment you hit the buy button a refund or exchange are categorically excluded.
