How does the QR code work?
Every item has a small QR code. Scan it with your phone's camera and a new short message opens at mymoodmaker.com. The message changes every day, so you can scan it again tomorrow.
Do I need an app?
No. The built-in camera on iPhone and Android scans the code. Open the camera, point it at the QR code and follow the link that appears.
How do I care for my item?
Care depends on the product, and each listing's description has a Care line for that exact item. In general: shirts are machine washed cold (the listing says how to dry them), and mugs can be washed in the dishwasher (top rack) or by hand with warm water and dish soap, and are microwave safe. For any other product, follow the Care line in its listing.
How long until it ships, and what does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the U.S. on every item. Everything is made to order, so please allow 3-5 days of processing before it ships. Etsy shows an estimated delivery date at checkout. We currently ship to U.S. addresses.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days. The buyer pays return shipping, and the item should come back in its original condition; any loss in value may be deducted. Message us on Etsy before sending anything back.
Who makes my order?
Each item is made to order by our print partner Printify and ships free in the U.S.
