5 out of 5 starsBeautiful embroidery file for many occasions. Once you know where to cut on the back, it's pretty easy. You can embroider directly on felt, but I recommend appliqué for all other fabrics.

(2) The products depicted in the online shop do not form a formal binding offer, instead an online catalogue without obligation.
Through clicking the "buy" button, you make a binding purchase of the goods contained within the shopping basket. The confirmation and acceptence of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order submittal. With this confirmation email the purchase contract is effected.

When the purchase price is paid in full you will receive the following usage rights for embroidery and plotting data:
(1) The sale of embroidered merchandise is allowed in small numbers, but not as mass production. It is prohibited to pass on the pure embroidery data (including parts thereof). It is not allowed to sell ready made embroidery patterns (patches, buttons, appliqués). It is not allowed to change the data files or to sell altered data as your own. All rights to the embroidery data belong to NIKIKO.
(2) Plotting data for private use:
You may use the motifs privately without restriction.
Use for business purposes is forbidden, and is only possible when purchased with a licence for business use ('Plotting data for business use'). Alteration, duplication, copying, and passing on data is not allowed. All rights belong to NIKIKO.
(3) Plotting data for business use:
You may use the motifs without restriction.
You may sell your work, on which you have used the plotted motifs, but please take note that mass production is forbidden.
It is forbidden to create ready-made plotted motifs (iron-on motifs, patches etc) for sale. Alteration, duplication, copying, passing on data and mass production is not allowed. All rights to the motifs belong to NIKIKO.

The design of the website of my shop as well as, in particular, the images contained within are protected under copyright law and without our printed written permission are not permitted to be used or imitated for publication, reproduction, or distribution. Our product photos are also forbidden to be used for the purposes of private sale of the goods.
The illustrations provided in the motif/picture downloads (as well as those present in the data files) are also prohibited for use. Instead you may use your own photos of your resulting work, showing the purchased motif.

Legal bases for the processing of personal data
Insofar as I have obtained the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) subparagraph 1a of the GDPR is the legal basis.
If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject or for pre-contractual measures initiated by the data subject, article 6 (1) subparagraph 1b (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
If the data processing is the result of a legal obligation to which I am subject, I rely on Article 6 (1) subparagraph 1c of the GDPR as the legal basis.
Collection, processing and use of personal data for orders
When placing an order, I only collect and use your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil and process your order and to process your enquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide this provision means that no contract can be concluded. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit.b GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. Excluded from this are only service partners that I need to process the contractual relationship (order processing).
