If an order is not carried out for reasons for which Illustrator is not responsible, it may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fee, without the need for a proof of damage. If an order that has already been started is not completed without Illustrator being responsible for it, you are entitled to the full agreed fee without proof of damage.

All rights to be transferred to the client under this contract remain with Illustrator in full until full payment.

The Illustrator in is entitled to be named as the author in the editorial use of their work.

Complaints must be made in writing immediately after receipt of the work. After expiry of three working days, the work is accepted as contractually agreed and the liability for defects in the case of obvious defects is excluded.
