How to Download a Digital Item?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Can I exchange or return the patterns I purchased?
On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. Please contact me directly through Etsy Messages if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
