5 out of 5 starsAlthough the shipment was completed as delivered in Etsy, the actual delivery did not occur until 3 days later. When I complained that I had not received the goods, I was only responded to with a standard out-of-office message.

Lieber Rainer, Vielen Dank für Deine 5-Sterne Bewertung! - Wie Dir schon geschrieben, ist das Sache der Deutschen Post die Bestellung als Zugestellt anzugeben oder eben nicht. Das ist für uns genauso ärgerlich, wenn solche Fehler passieren. - Die Sendung wird in Etsy "abgeschlossen", wenn wir als Verkäufer die Ware versenden, das macht das ShopProgramm. - Mit einer Standartnachricht wird euch als Kunden außerhalb unserer Arbeitszeit geantwortet. 5 out of 5 starsOver 10 years ago I discovered the shop in Kreuzberg and bought the first bicycle tube wallet. I still use it today. But now it's time for a new wallet and the owner only wanted the identical model. I was all the happier that Pelle Mia still exists, as well as the wallet I was looking for. And what can I say...the quality and cut are the same and even the price has stayed the same. THANK YOU
