Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. You are welcome to message us if you have questions about personalization before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the personalized nature of our gifts, we are not able to accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Also, all reports of damage or defects must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may experience longer transit times. Please allow 14–20 business days for delivery after your order has shipped. Holiday shipping guarantees apply only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Orders shipped to U.S. Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses may take 4–6 weeks for delivery once shipped.
If you select EXPRESS shipping, your order will be delivered within 4 business days after it is placed.

For best results, please upload a high-quality JPEG file (maximum 20 MB; recommended size: 2000 px, 300 dpi). Mobile devices may have limited resizing options. You can convert files to JPEG using a free tool like https://convertio.co/
. Once you confirm your order within the link, no further adjustments to the photo can be made, as our system does not support image resizing.
