We like to create beautiful and unusual toys that are conventionally made to children, but our bears are special. The Bears by Philomena Kloss are made to become your real friends, which you can take with you on a journey, take a pictures with them and indulge in every way! I hope that all my items are received in the best possible condition but if for any reason you are unhappy, Under the Distance Selling Regulations act you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the buyers responsibility and proof of postage is required. Once the item has been returned and is in a re-sale-able condition, I will issue a full refund via your original payment method within 5 days of receiving the item back.
