Gift wrapping and packaging
We want you to be happy and have a special moment when you open your package. Therefore, everything is lovingly packed before it gets shipped to you. Jewelry always comes in pretty gift boxes, ready to be given (or of course to keep for yourself).
For gift wrapping simply activate the gift option and please indicate whether we should add a gift message. Packages that are marked as gift do not contain an invoice (only in Germany and the EU, please know that we have to add an invoice for import purposes when shipping outside of the EU) or other advertising materials, so you can have them sent directly to the one, who will be gifted.

Custom and personalized orders
If possible, we are always happy to personalize jewelery, clothing and accessories according to your wishes. If you have a questions about custom-made products or personalized orders, please contact us.
Please note for personalized orders: Custom-made items such as personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Care of jewelry / personalized jewelry
Without exception, our jewelry is always made of high quality 925 sterling silver - free of nickel, hypoallergenic and water-resistant. If your jewelery loses some shine due to environmental influences and wear over time, you can make it shine again with any soft cloth or the polishing cloth included in your package.
Sterling Silver can tarnish over time. This is a natural process, so no need to worry. You can again just bring it back to high shine with a soft cloth. If you want to prevent tarnishing, consider storing your jewelry in a small airtight bag.
Processing time
We always try to send out your orders as quickly as possible. Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 working day and will be delivered to you 1-2 days later (Germany). Shipping times abroad vary, please refer to the shipping estimates in our shop description. We ship Monday to Friday.
Custom-made products can take an additional day to process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sizing details
The sizes of our clothes are always normal and realistic. Please also read the item description to find out what size the model is wearing and whether there are any other special features regarding the fit.
If you are unsure, please contact us at any time so we can give you a recommendation for your personal measurements.
If something does not fit, you can of course make use of your right to return or exchange at any time. You can find more about this in our Disclaimer in the shop description.
