I do my best to make sure that there are no existing trademarks when creating my designs. However, please make sure to research your text and design trademarks because new logos, images, and phrases are being trademarked every day. In the event of a dispute over any your products and the trademark holder, prettyDigiDesign will not be held responsible as I do not control which products the purchaser is using these designs on for sale or profit.
