BASIC DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please give me 3 to 7 business days to get item/s to you within the UK (not including Sundays), 5 to 14 to other European Countries and 1-3 weeks everywhere else.
Shipping starts from the date you received the dispatch notification email.
These are estimated delivery times and usually (95%) are correct, obviously I have no control over customs in my country and yours. This will add time to the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (not Europe):
On average, international shipping takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. However, this is completely dependent on how quickly customs (in both countries) process the package. Please understand that although rare, international orders can take up to two months to arrive. Each customs process is different in every country and some just take longer to process. I have no control over this, and I can't make it go any faster. International orders just require patience.

I'm not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to customs.

EXTRA INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
I cannot give refunds or replacements for orders you don't receive since I have no way of knowing whether they've in fact been delivered or not. Unfortunately, this is just a risk with international orders. I always have proof of postage if you want to see it. Sometimes it just takes a long time to get there and other times it is sent back to me for one reason or another. If the package is returned to me for any reason, I will message you once I receive it and take the action necessary. It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping again to send the item for the second time.

UPGRADING SHIPPING/POSTAGE
Upgrading shipping is available for items if need be. You can upgrade to 1st class for UK delivery and Tracked shipping everywhere else. These option are available when ordering.
--- 1st Class Postage (UK) ---
Postage will make it to you 1-2 working days earlier than the normal 2nd class Postage (2nd class is still pretty quick).
--- Tracked Shipping (NOT UK) ---
You will be able to track your order with a code I will provide. If you need something for a certain date you might want to track it.
--- Next day delivery ---
Contact me if you need next day delivery and I will give you a quote. This will also depend if I'm available to give this service

REFUNDING SHIPPING (P and P) OVERAGES
When ordering extra items the prices will seem high, this is to cover myself for any situation. I will refund any shipping overages to make the price fair for the order. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I am proud to say that all printing is done in house (01/03/17) so you can ensure that the best attention has been giving to every print. The prints (larger sizes specifically) may be out by 1-2mm max due to hand cutting, I try my best to get them bang on. They still look fine normally and great in a frame. STICKERS AND POSTCARDS
These are hand cut using a guillotine. They are a pretty much straight but wont be perfect every time (they will only ever be a tiny bit off).

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
• National holidays in the UK and your country, I will tell you if anything is happening my side of things that aren't obvious.
• Shipping starts from the date you received the your dispatch notification email.

PACKAGING
Art will be sent in either padded envelopes or postal tube, depending on size. This will ensure protection during delivery. You wont receive anything that is damaged because of it's packaging. BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING YOUR PRINT FROM THE TUBE THEY CAN CATCH AND GET SLIGHTLY DAMAGED.

Apparel will be sent in plastic and is unlikely to get damaged as it's soft material.
"Team tees" will be sent in their own plastic envelope and more plastic on top.
