よくある質問
Custom and personalized orders
Our T-shirts are made to order using the designs shown in our listings. At this time, we do not offer custom text, personalized names, or individual design modifications.
We're always working on new designs, so check back often for fresh styles and funny sayings!
Sizing details
Our T-shirts are unisex and designed for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
Please refer to the size chart included in each product listing before ordering. We recommend comparing the measurements with a favorite T-shirt you already own.
For a more oversized look, consider ordering one size up.
If you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to message us before placing your order. We're happy to help!
Care instructions
To keep your Sloganova T-shirt looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions:
• Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results.
• Do not iron directly over the printed design.
• Do not dry clean.
Following these instructions will help preserve the colors, fabric, and printed design of your T-shirt.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All Sloganova T-shirts are made to order especially for you!
Because each shirt is printed after your order is placed, production takes additional time before shipping.
Estimated processing and delivery dates are provided in each product listing and at checkout.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be available through Etsy when provided by the shipping carrier.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our T-shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or changes of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through Etsy Messages with a description of the issue and photos when possible.
We'll be happy to review the situation and help resolve the problem.
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change!
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
Because our T-shirts are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted promptly through Etsy Messages or your Etsy order details.
Once the cancellation window has passed, we may be unable to cancel your order because production may already be underway.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
