Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or changes of mind. Please review size charts, photos, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or with a production issue?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please message me within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. I will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible, including a replacement when applicable.
Can I return or exchange an item for sizing issues?
I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Manufacturer size charts are provided on every wearable listing to help ensure the best fit before ordering.
What about color or appearance differences?
Colors and brightness may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, or environment. Items that match the listing images and descriptions are not eligible for returns based on aesthetic preference (for example, artwork appearing darker or lighter than expected).
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
