Withdrawal
Consumers (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can neither be attributed to their commercial nor independent professional activity) can revoke their contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.B. letter, e-mail) or by returning the item. The period begins on the day on which the consumer has received the cancellation policy in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the consumer or.dem the delivery recipient named by him (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the information obligations according to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as the obligations according to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV by the seller. Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned. There is no obligation to replace the use of the item or the value of the uses. If the consumer is unable to return the received goods in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must pay the seller compensation for the value if necessary. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection – as it would have been possible in a shop, for example. I ship via Deutsche Post, Hermes and DHL, which results in different shipping costs.
Payment
Payment for the goods is made by bank transfer in advance, cash payment or PayPal. After receipt of the invoice amount on the notified account, you will receive a payment confirmation and a shipping notification by e-mail.
Shipping
Shipping of the goods, depending on the quantity by post, DHL or Hermes shipping. The buyer bears the shipping costs.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
The goods will be shipped or manufactured as soon as the money has been received in the account.
Shipping usually takes place within 3-5 days.
From this point on, production can take up to 14 days. Milestones reserves the right to extend production times in labor-intensive times such as .B before Christmas, this is no reason to withdraw from the purchase.

Terms and Conditions/Buyer Information/Cancellation Policy

I. Basic provisions

The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all contracts concluded using the Etsy sales platform between Petra Bäckmann, Frohnhofstr. 163, 50827 Cologne and the respective buyer and are expressly acknowledged by the buyer upon conclusion of the contract. The seller offers various goods via DaWanda, the details result from the respective item description.
A consumer within the meaning of the following regulations is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor independent professional activity.

II. Conclusion of the contract

If an item is listed on Etsy by the seller, the activation of the offer page on Etsy constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions contained in the article page.

The Etsy GTC apply to the conclusion of the contract.
In addition, Etsy's menu navigation when carrying out a purchase or other purchase functions by the buyer results in which individual technical steps lead to the conclusion of the contract, how input errors can be detected and corrected before placing the order, by which declaration the buyer enters into a binding and by which action the contract is concluded.

The contract language is exclusively german.
The text of the contract (order data and GTC) is stored by the seller. However, the storage is limited in time, so please ensure that you print it out yourself or store it separately. Regardless of this, you will receive all relevant data of the order by email, which can be printed.

III. Prices, delivery and shipping costs

The prices quoted in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG, the seller does not charge VAT and therefore does not report it.
Only in the case of cross-border delivery - if offered - may further taxes (e.B. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.B. customs duties) be payable by the buyer in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they are based on the respective concrete offer and the shipping information provided therein and are to be borne separately by the customer.

VIII. Place of performance, place of jurisdiction

German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of performance for all services arising from the business relationships existing with the seller as well as the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller, insofar as the buyer is not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
IX. Data protection

The Seller informs that the data transmitted by the Buyer in the course of business transactions will be processed and stored with the help of a computer system. Personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The buyer expressly agrees to the collection, processing and use of personal data. He has the right to revoke his consent at any time with effect for the future.
