Benvenuti nel mio negozio online, sono felice che mi abbiate trovato. Sono una dirigente, autrice, moglie, mamma e una persona che ama sinceramente aiutare gli altri a riconoscere il proprio potenziale. Il mio percorso è iniziato dal basso e, nel corso degli anni, ho imparato moltissimo sulle persone, sulla leadership e su me stessa. Di certo non avevo tutte le risposte quando ho iniziato (e non pretendo di averle neanche ora). Quello che ho sono anni di esperienza, tante lezioni imparate a caro prezzo e la profonda convinzione che la leadership sia uno dei più grandi privilegi che ci siano stati concessi. In fin dei conti, che io stia guidando un team, scrivendo o semplicemente vivendo la mia vita, voglio che le persone credano un po' di più in se stesse di prima di incontrarmi.

Welcome to my online store, so glad you found me. I’m an executive leader, author, wife, mom, and someone who genuinely loves helping people recognize what they are capable of. My own journey started at the entry level, and over the years I have learned a whole lot about people, leadership, and myself along the way. I certainly did not have it all figured out when I started (and I still don’t pretend to). What I do have are years of experience, plenty of lessons learned the hard way, and a deep belief that leadership is one of the greatest privileges we are given. At the end of the day, whether I’m leading a team, writing, or simply doing life, I want to leave people believing a little more in themselves than they did before they met me.
