Soy el pastor Martin C. Jackson, MTh, pastor principal de la Iglesia Bautista Sandy Lane y fundador de The Shift: Un Ministerio de Transformación Interior en Fort Worth, Texas. Llevo más de tres décadas compartiendo el Evangelio. Cada manual, cada manuscrito de sermón, cada devocional de esta tienda comenzó como un mensaje predicado a personas reales que atraviesan situaciones de la vida real: personas que lidian con la pérdida, que esperan en Dios, que superan las dificultades y que intentan recordar su fidelidad en medio del dolor.
Crecí en el sur de Los Ángeles. Sé lo que significa necesitar una palabra que sea real. Sé lo que significa sentarme frente a alguien cuya vida se desmorona y no tener nada que ofrecer más que la verdad de la Palabra de Dios. En eso se basan estos recursos: no en la teoría, sino en el testimonio; no en el desempeño, sino en el cuidado pastoral.
Mi objetivo es sencillo. Quiero brindar herramientas a los pastores que no tienen tiempo para un estudio profundo, pero que aun así desean ofrecer algo que transforme vidas. Y quiero brindar recursos a los creyentes de a pie para que puedan profundizar su relación con Dios como nunca antes.

I am Pastor Martin C. Jackson, MTh — Senior Pastor of Sandy Lane Baptist Church and Founder of The Shift: A Ministry of Inner Transformation in Fort Worth, Texas. I have been sharing the Gospel for over three decades. Every toolkit, every sermon manuscript, every devotional in this shop started as a message preached to real people going through real life — people dealing with loss, waiting on God, fighting through storms, and trying to remember His faithfulness in the middle of their pain.
I grew up in South Central Los Angeles. I know what it means to need a word that is real. I know what it means to sit across the table from someone whose life is falling apart and have nothing to offer but the truth of God's Word. That is what these resources are built on — not theory, but testimony. Not performance, but pastoral care.
My goal is simple. I want to put tools in the hands of ministers who don't have time for deep study but still want to deliver something that changes lives. And I want to put resources in the hands of everyday believers that help them go deeper with God than they ever have before.
