Ciao! Mi chiamo Breana e sono la designer dietro le creazioni di gioielli Vault 31.
Sono ossessionato da quella che chiamo caccia al tesoro. Sono sempre a caccia e in varie avventure per trovare questi tesori che desidero utilizzare nelle mie creazioni. Vado in rassegna mostre di gemme, mercatini delle pulci, vendite immobiliari, negozi di seconda mano, natura e ovunque nel mezzo per trovare i miei tesori. Trovo puro piacere nel trovare qualcosa di vecchio e gettato via e poi rinnovarlo in una creazione totalmente nuova affinché qualcuno possa amarlo e apprezzarlo. Adoro mescolare elementi vecchi e nuovi e diversi come gemme e metalli vintage per creare un nuovo pezzo. Ho un intero studio d'arte che chiamo "The Vault" che è pieno di tesori in attesa di nuova vita.

Sebbene alcuni dei miei pezzi preferiti siano realizzati con interessanti materiali riciclati e riproposti, mi interessano anche gli elementi di lavorazione dei metalli e le creazioni in pietra naturale, gemme e cristalli. Un'area del design in cui sono sempre più cresciuto è il processo di elettroformatura. L'elettroformatura è un processo che consente di depositare lentamente il rame su una superficie. Ci vogliono dalle 12 alle 72 ore per elettroformare ogni pezzo che creo. Tutti i pezzi che creo passano attraverso le fasi di progettazione, elettroformatura, ossidazione, lucidatura e sigillatura. Ci sono molti passaggi in questo magico processo e non esistono mai 2 pezzi uguali! L'elettroformatura soddisfa il mio bisogno di essere una specie di scienziato pazzo e sperimentare diversi pezzi unici perché limitare i miei progetti a una sola area non potrebbe mai soddisfarmi!

Ora ti trasmetto alcuni di questi tesori attraverso gioielli unici che ho realizzato utilizzando i vari tesori che ho trovato durante le mie avventure! Occasionalmente vendo anche "lotti del tesoro" che consistono in beni che penso che altri artisti possano utilizzare nelle loro creazioni.

Hello! My name is Breana and I am the designer behind Vault 31 jewelry creations.
I am obsessed with what I call treasure hunting. I am always on the hunt and off on various adventures to find these treasures I covet to use in my creations. I scour gem shows, flea markets, estate sales, second hand shops, nature and everywhere in between to find my treasures. I find pure delight in finding something old and cast away and then revamping it into a totally new creation for someone to love and cherish. I love mixing old and new and different elements like gems and vintage metals to create a new piece. I have an entire art studio that I call "The Vault" that is brimming with treasures awaiting new life.

Although some of my favorite pieces are made from interesting upcycled and repurposed materials, I also have an interest in metal smithing elements and natural stone, gem and crystal creations. A design area I have increasing grown in is the process of electroforming. Electroforming is a process that enables you to deposit copper slowly over a surface. It takes anywhere between 12-72 hours to electroform each piece I create. All the pieces I create go through design, electroforming, oxidization, polishing, and sealing phases. There are many steps to this magical process and no 2 pieces ever turn out the same! Electroforming satisfies my need to be somewhat of a mad scientist and experiment with different unique pieces because limiting my designs to only one area could never keep me satisfied!

Now I am passing on some of these treasures to you through unique jewelry I have made using the various treasures that I have found during my adventures! I also occasionally sell "treasure lots" which consist of goods I think other artists can use in their creations.
