I also had to pay the unpaid postage at the post office before it could be delivered or I could pick up. It was only a $1 but that is not something I expect to do.

What types of art do you specialize in?
At Wall of Travel, we specialize in travel-inspired wall art—including destination posters and canvas prints designed around iconic cities, landmarks, skylines, coastlines, and scenic routes. Our collection ranges from vintage travel-poster aesthetics to clean modern destination designs, making it easy to find artwork that fits your home, office, or gift needs.
What materials and finishes do you use?
Wall of Travel artwork is professionally printed (not hand-painted and not 3D textured). Canvas prints feature a smooth, uniform surface and are produced for crisp detail and rich color. If wrapped around canvas framed options are selected, frames are crafted from FSC® certified wood and typically come in either thin (0.8–1.2") or thick (1.5") profiles depending on the listing. Poster prints are produced on premium paper stock designed for a clean, gallery-style look. Items are shipped in protective packaging to help ensure safe delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping terms are shown at checkout and may vary by product type and destination. When promotions apply (including free shipping campaigns), this will be clearly displayed in the listing and at checkout.
Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
Yes. Wall of Travel can create custom destination-themed pieces and, in many cases, adjust layout or formatting to better fit your space. If you have a specific place, concept, or special request, message us with details and we’ll confirm feasibility and next steps.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us with clear photos of the packaging and artwork, and we will arrange a replacement. All our products are insured and will require USPS inspection. We do not accept returns for non damaged products.
Can I order a piece in a different size than what’s listed?
Often, yes. If you need a different size, aspect ratio, or format than what is currently available, send us a message with the destination/design name and the size you want. We’ll let you know what options we can support.
What should I do if I accidentally order a poster or canvas from your Etsy store?
Because orders are typically sent to production shortly after purchase, we may not be able to cancel or refund accidental orders once production begins.
