POLICIES TO READ BEFORE PURCHASE:

---- There is a single person behind this shop and it is quite the handful of work around here so I typically only ship out on Mondays, so how quickly your parcel ships basically depends on what day o fthe week your purchase it. If you need your parcel to be shipped out very quickly, please contact me before placing it. I cannot be held responsible if the item hasn't reached you in time for your occasion or special event since I have no control over it once I ship out. All I can do is provide approximate shipping times based on what postal services suggest and my experience with previous orders.

---- In the case where you purchase items that combined weigh more than 2kg(~4,4lbs), your order might be shipped in several parcels to keep the shipping costs down. If you prefer them to still be sent in one parcel - we can agree that you pay the additional shipping costs.

---- The customer is responsible for all the customs duties and fees. Please make sure that you are prepared to pay them before you make your purchase as I do not offer return and the item will be your responsibility since the moment of shipping out.

---- I currenctly strictly do not accept returns and exchanges. A package unclaimed or refused at the post office is also considered a return.

---- Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels and I'm afraid I cannot offer a refund for them. I always ship out tracked and the tracking number is available through the order page. If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact the local postal services.

--- Currently I do not reserve items as it ends up being unfair to the customers who did not have the time to message and claim the item. I also do not offer layaway plans.

The aftermath of COVID-19

Please note that the intercontinental orders can still be late about 10 weeks(sometimes longer) and European orders might be late about 1-2 weeks.

Sizing details

Please always consult the measurements prior to purchase. While the size in the description is to give you a general idea which size range an item will fit into, the measurements will provide you with the most accurate sizing. All sizes in cm, you can convert them to inches on one of the internet converters(type "cm to inch(converter)" on Google) or contact me and I can do it for you.

When will my order be shipped?

I currently almost exclusively ship out on Mondays so you can expect it to ship the following Monday after the purchase. If you need your order shipped urgently, please contact me prior to placing an order and I will get back to you with whether/when I am able to do it. Please notice that there is a single person behind this shop and it is a lot of work, therefore my ship out times are slower.

Combined shipping/Multiple items in a single order

The quote for the combined shipping will be shown once you add the items to your cart. Generally, each additional item will be +2€(except for heavy items/shoes). Often, if you purchase 3+ lightweight items, there might be a "shipping overcharge"whoch means I did not pay to the postal services as much as you paid me and, if that happens, I will always refund you the overcharge.

Customs/duties

The customer is responsible for all the customs duties and fees. Please make sure that you are prepared to pay them before you make your purchase as I do not offer return and the item will be your responsibility since the moment of shipping out.

PLEASE NOTE, marking your order as "Gift" will not exempt you from customs duties/fees. It simply will not show the prices on the packing slip. However, I am legally required to mark the contents(just "clothing", nothing more detailed) and the prices on the parcel for the customs and could get in a lot of trouble if I didn't so please don't ask me for that.

Returns/refunds/non-claimed parcels

I currenctly strictly do not accept returns and exchanges. A package unclaimed or refused at the post office is also considered a return.

Missing parcels

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels. I always ship out tracked and the tracking number is available through the order page. If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact the local postal services. If they cannot help you, please contact me. I will file an international parcel search for the order. I only offer refunds if the postal services admit that they had lost the item and compesate it's cost to me.
