Lisa New Design- lampwork beads and jewelry
I started stringing beads when my daughter, Alana was just a little tyke. From there my hobby progressed into a full fledged jewelry business, including making my own lampwork beads. Alana is now 21 and every time she comes home she pilfers more of my earring creations!
I seem to alternate my passions between the jewelry and the glass. Lately, I'm more into the jewelry, though both are back to a hobby phase.
I did take one silversmithing class, but I haven't had the leisure to pursue it further.
I have a glass studio in my home here in Central Florida. My jewelry studio occupies a portion of my bedroom.
