If the item is damaged in the mail or you are not happy with it for any reason, Please EMAIL me BEFORE your review so I can take care of it.
I happily replace any damaged items for free, and rework and resend any prints that you are not 100% happy with.
HOWEVER, if you leave a review because of a problem BEFORE contacting me I cannot refund or replace any item.
If an item is sent to a wrong address because of an error by the Buyer I will only reship the item if the Buyer pays for re-shipping.
