If you are unhappy for any reason with the artwork or print that you have received, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to fix the issue, but if you still are unsatisfied then we can discuss the options of exchange or refund. If you wish to return the product at that time, please send it back within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition, and I will credit you for the cost of the item minus any shipping charges. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on shipping charges. Customers are responsible to pay for the cost of returning any items.

The pricing is based on US currency. I accept Paypal for national and international payments. Once on the paypal site, you have the option to use a debit or credit card if you do not have a Paypal account. Keep in mind that payments should be made within 2 days, or I will cancel the order and the item may be relisted. Any commissions require 50% payment of cost up front in order to start artwork and shipment will occur after payment of remainder of balance. Seller forfeits any commissions paid if not paid in full within 15 days of original commission request.

I ship via USPS First Class Mail without insurance within three days from the receipt of payment. If you need something sooner, then please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate you! I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment. The shipping cost listed is per shipment in the United States only.

I will be happy to ship anywhere in the world. The shipping costs to all other destinations will be determined by the United States Post Office for First Class International Mail. Please inquire before making your purchase for shipping costs to all other destinations. All International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

The shipping costs apply for the most expensive cost first, then any additional purchases second cost listed for purchase with any other item. If there is an error during the online process wherein, the most expensive shipping cost is not billed correctly, you will be notified and the additional payment required.
