General

The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services offered by Anna Pfisterer. Deviating conditions are hereby expressly rejected.

Conclusion of contracts

By sending the order form, the buyer declares to the provider bindingly that he wants to purchase the contents of the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded by the order confirmation ( e-mail ) of the seller, which is received by the customer immediately after receipt of the order form.

This also applies to commissioned work according to customer requirements.

Offerings

The offers of the online shop are non-binding.
Deviations, in particular color deviations, compared to the article and detail descriptions, are possible and do not constitute a defect.

Delivery

Delivery is made with HERMES. Upon receipt of the shipment, transport damage must be reported to the transport company immediately and fixed in writing.
Color deviations depend on the screen and do not constitute a reason for exchange/complaint.

There is no minimum order value.

Delivery

The agreed delivery period begins on the day of crediting the total amount due to our account. The delivery of the ordered goods always takes place only after receipt of the due amount on my account. Anna Pfisterer is not liable for transport problems at the shipping company.

If an ordered item is not immediately available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Should a delivery be delayed by more than 30 days, both the customer and the seller have the right to withdraw from the contract in writing. Claims for damages against the seller cannot be asserted.

Prices

All prices quoted at Anna Pfisterer are shown in € ( Euro ) final prices, which include the statutory value added tax.

Delivery and shipping costs are additional. The prices stated at the time of the order apply.

Terms of payment

All deliveries are only made against advance payment. The bank details will be communicated to you in the order confirmation.

Warranty

The seller is only liable for gross negligence or intent caused by him. Anna Pfisterer guarantees that the goods are free of material defects at the time of dispatch and have the described properties. I am expressly not liable for transport damage.

Deviations in the shape and color of the offered goods can be caused by different screen settings.

Our warranty does not extend to signs of use, wear and tear or goods altered or improperly handled by the customer.

We reserve the right to exchange or repair complained goods.
