From Rock to Weddings
My first hand made bag was in highschool. I wanted a black purse to take with me to a Metallica concert. The dang thing looked like a pillow case on a leather strap - and I loved it!
I gave it another whirl for my wedding, making little clutches for my bridesmaids and myself to go along with our dresses. They were so perfectly matched, but I still wasn't thinking beyond my own wedding.
When Etsy came along, I figured I would make a few clutches and see what happened. What I thought would be a creative release has turned into something I never imagined. Suddenly people wanted me to make clutches for THEIR wedding day, to share with their bridesmaids, friends and family.
Working with women to design a cherished gift for their closest friends is such a pleasure. I am constantly inspired by the imagination of my clients who insist they don't have a creative bone in their body. But of course, we all do!

I carefully package each and every bag myself. Items will ship within 3 days of purchase. Custom orders can take up to two weeks from time of purchase. I will discuss delivery time and options with you during the customization process. Rush orders welcome and may require additional costs.

Returns and exchange details
REFUNDS - I will return payment after I receive the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Only unused items will be refunded.
EXCHANGES - I will exchange an item after I receive the original item back. Please contact me prior to returning an item for exchange so we can discuss the issue and any charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
CUSTOM ORDERS - As the order is custom designed just for you, I am unable to accept returns of those items. I must be contacted 3 days after receipt of the item if you wish to discuss any issues with your order.

Shipping
I SHIP VIA USPS - PRIORITY - for items weighing 14oz and over. This will include 8 inch framed clutches, multiple items in an order. Priority shipping will include tracking. You will receive an email notice with the date the item has shipped and a tracking number. You can follow at: www.usps.gov
I SHIP VIA USPS - For International Shipping - I have found that USPS will provide tracking within the U.S. Once your package reaches the country of destination, tracking may not be available. I am also not responsible for any customs charges that may be issued upon delivery of your package. These charges are out of my control.
Please contact me if you would like extra shipping coverages such as insurance or express delivery. I will calculate any extra cost and confirm with you prior to your purchase.
