Refunds and Exchanges


Since all of the items are handmade, there is a degree of variability within the designs. No two are exactly alike. Patterns, accents, and sizes may vary ever so slightly from the photos.

Payment: Visa, MC, Any thing that Paypal takes...I take.
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted. Payment is due at the time of purchase; if there is no payment or contact within 48 hours of purchase the transaction will be voided and the item will be re-listed.

I will also do an installment plan for you...just convo me if the item is more than you can afford in a lump sum and I will do a "lay away" and you can pay as you can.

Shipping
I ship to the address provided on your Etsy account. Please make sure the correct address is listed. If you want your order sent to a different address, please let me know in the comment box during checkout.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days of cleared payment received. All domestic packages (orders) will be shipped priority mail via USPS with delivery confirmation if you desire.

Insurance is recommended as this is the only way you will be covered in cases of postal loss/damage. If you'd like to purchase insurance please contact me for a quote before placing an order.

All international packages (orders) will be shipped First-Class Mail with NO delivery confirmation/tracking number and NO insurance. However, if you’d like to add insurance and delivery confirmation… to do that, be aware that the postal office charges $30+ for delivery. Please contact me for a price quote.
International buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes with customs relevant to their country.
