NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the items in this shop, exchanges can not be accommodated. An exchange may be approved by the seller only if the item is received in damaged or unusable condition. To qualify, the buyer must return the damaged item in exchange for a similiar item.
Zahlung
Payments must be initiated within 2 business days of your purchase. After that, your transaction may be cancelled. If you prefer to make alternate payment arrangements, please contact the seller BEFORE you "commit to buy" any items in the shop.
Versand
Shipping is handled through the US Postal Service and the price given in your purchase is for standard delivery. Within the continental United States, delivery takes on average 5-7 business days. International delivery times may vary, but take approx. 10-15 business days.

If you require expedited service, tracking, insurance, or prefer to use a courier service (FedEx, UPS, etc.) please communicate this to the seller BEFORE you "commit to buy" so that your shipping fees can be updated before you purchase. If you wish to add services to shipping after your transaction has been paid for, the seller will make arrangements for billing however the BUYER will be responsible for any additional transaction fees that result from using PayPal to collect these funds.

FAQ:

Shipping - I use the US Postal Service to ship my orders. The rate that is listed with your item is the true cost of sending via standard mail (I do not mark up my shipping costs for profit), so in most cases the costs CANNOT be lowered unless multiple items are combined. IF this happens, I will issue a refund for the cost difference.

If a buyer would like to upgrade the shipping service with expedited service, tracking, insurance, or using a courier service (FedEx, UPS, etc.), they should communicate this to me BEFORE they "commit to buy." Orders are generally shipped in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once an item has been prepared for shipping, I cannot change the mailing service to add insurance, tracking, etc.

All items ship from Southern California.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Occasionally, I accept custom orders. Custom orders will be listed in the shop and must be paid for BEFORE I START THE WORK. Payment is due within 2 business days of your purchase. After that, your transaction may be cancelled.

When you request a custom order, I will give you information on the expected completion date and total costs. Due to my workload, I only accept a few custom orders at a time. If you would like to be added to the wait-list, you may do so, however if you are unwilling or unable to pay for your request when you are at the top of the list, then your request will be moved to the bottom of the list. If you are unwilling or unable to pay the second time that your name is at the top of the list, then you will be removed. You can add yourself to the wait list again at any time.

When custom work is listed in my shop, often a generic image is used for the transaction but your name will be included in the listing. If you prefer to remain private and not have your name included, please let me know IN ADVANCE. If your transaction is a surprise gift, please let me know so that I can help you and not ruin any of the surprise!

Marketing: Unless I have your direct permission, I will not include your name or weblink in any of my marketing materials, however I will often include photos of my custom order pieces on my website and other online venues (including, but not limited to, Flickr, Facebook, etc.). If you prefer for your custom order to remain private, you MUST let me know in advance.

RESELLING - any of the items in my shop MAY NOT BE RESOLD without my written permission - whether here on etsy or elsewhere. If you want to resell my goods (in your store/shop or other location), please contact me FIRST.

EXHIBITION - buyers may not exhibit my work in any type of art show, craft show, or gallery exhibit without my written permission. All works are intended for private use and display only.
