If you are unhappy with your yarn please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will do my best to resolve your concerns promptly and professionally. If an item needs to be returned, please return it in the same unused condition that you received it in. Refunds, exchanges, and store credit will be addressed on an individual basis.

Green Tee Yarns accepts PayPal payments in US Dollars, for the fastest and most secure form of payment. Payment must be received prior to shipping your order.

Failure to complete payments and failure to contact me will result in the transaction being canceled and appropriate feedback being left.

All skeins of yarn are shipped the business day following receipt of cleared payment.

The standard shipping option for all skeins of yarn is via USPS mail. All packages will be shipped at the most cost effective method based on the amount of s/h fees paid. Typically packages will arrive via parcel post or first class.

For international packages, skeins of yarn are shipped First class international. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges, or taxes associated with their international purchase.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS priority service, Express overnight service, or UPS shipment, please contact me for a shipping cost estimate.

If you would like for your skeins of yarn to be shipped insured, please contact me for an insurance cost estimate.

Shipping charges include cost of shipping materials.

Reserved Items: Any skein of yarn placed on reserve must be purchased and payment complete within 48 hours. If the purchase and payment has not been completed within the 48 hour window, the item will be taken off of reserve and available for general purchase.
