Welcome to Grumpy Akane's shop!

All of my items are handmade. This means I can't assure you they will look exactly like in the pictures, but they will be unique, so it doesn't matter, right? ;)

Since they are handmade and it's only me, it will take time for me to complete an item.

Every item's description indicates the production time!

Before you place your order you can send me a message and I will tell you how long it will take, but if I need extra days I will promptly let you know!

I accept direct payments via credit cards and through Paypal.

You don't need a PayPal account to pay for your items.

You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

If payment is not made within 24 hours of purchase your order will be cancelled.

As I said earlier, you can contact me first to know how long it will take for your item to be done.

Anyway, when I will be ready to ship your package, I will contact you and let you know.

Be sure to check the shipping prices below the item listing.

About the shipping timeline, the postal office indicated the following:

- Europe 5 to 8 working days;
- Everywhere else 10 to 14 working days;

During the holiday season the waiting time could be a lot more and that's not something I can help you with.

If you have chosen the standard, cheaper solution know that there is no tracking number so, once the package is out of my hands, I won't have any responsibility over it anymore.
If you have chosen the upgraded shipping solution I'll provide you with a tracking number, so you'll know where your package is at all times.
