If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please send me a convo or an email within 7 days of the delivery date, after this date the sale is considered final. You must send me a convo or email prior to returning the item(s).

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you place an order with Priority shipping and the item does not arrive on time, I will refund only partial shipping.

When making a return, the item must be sent in its original box and in the same condition as received. All items must be unused and in it's original condition.

All orders take at least 3-5 days to process before sending, so please account for that time when making your purchase. Custom orders can vary depending on the size of the order and can take 1-2 weeks.

All US domestic orders are shipped First Class via USPS with delivery/tracking confirmation. USPS only gives estimates and cannot guarantee delivery times. I do my best to get your order to you safely and in a timely manner.

If you select PRIORITY SHIPPING, the order must be placed by 11AM (PST) to ship the next day. USPS states 1-3 days, but cannot guarantee delivery date. I will do my best to make sure it arrives on time, but once it leaves my hands I can only track the package.

Shipping notifications are sent by email to your Etsy email address the day your order is shipped. It will include your tracking number from USPS. If the package is lost in the mail, you must notify your local post office.

Please make sure the address you provide is correct. I cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to the incorrect address as a result of information provided to me.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER:
All orders are shipped USPS first international air mail. First class international air mail takes about usually 7-30 business days to arrive as experienced, however, it could take a little longer sometimes. I cannot control the delivery time and post office does not guarantee the delivery time.

All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties,
taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office.
