If for any reason you (my most important customer) are not 100% satisfied with my (non-custom) products, or my product was not as expected I will gladly offer you a full refund, or exchange. Please convo or email me with your concerns within 14 days after you receive your purchase .Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders are made with a mutual written agreement including details of the order. Custom orders are non-returnable and a 50% deposit is required which is non-refundable.

PDF Crochet Patterns are non-refundable.

In my product description, I attempt to provide you with an accurate representation of each item. However, computer monitor types and/or settings may slightly alter the appearance of my products.

I accept VISA and MasterCard. Also, your PayPal account is welcome.

Orders are shipped "Standard Mail" with the "United States Postal Service". If you prefer to have your purchase expedited, please contact me by pressing the "Contact The Seller" button.

Orders (except custom) are shipped by the US Postal Service within 2 -3 business days of receiving your payment. If, for any reason I am unable to ship within this time frame, I will contact you immediately.

Orders will ship to your Etsy address. Please insure the address is correct in your Etsy profile prior to purchase.

International buyers may be responsible for extra shipping expenses such as customs and duty charges.
