Please allow up to 6-9 Business days once you have given your approval for the production of your stamps plus shipping time to your area. International orders may take longer due to your countries customs regulations. Your order will not ship out until we receive an approval.

The statutory provisions on warranty apply. Normal wear and tear of the goods does not constitute a warranty claim.
Liability
(1) Claims for damages due to breach of duty and from tort as well as claims for reimbursement of futile expenses are excluded against lillaskatt.
(2) This limitation of liability does not apply if the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as well as in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Furthermore, it does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health if lillaskatt is responsible for the breach of duty. Furthermore, the limitation does not apply to damages that are based on the absence of a warranted property or for which liability is provided for under the Product Liability Act.
Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to the contract. The validity of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. In addition, the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the state in which the contractual partner has his habitual residence are applicable, provided that these offer the contractual partner further protection.
(2) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the provider is the registered office of the provider.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the effective and enforceable provision whose effects come closest to the economic objective pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete.
Privacy
(2) Since your data is important for sales processing, it will be passed on to the producing stamp manufactory and to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payments, your payment data will be forwarded to the bank commissioned with the payment. A transfer to other third parties does not take place.
(3) According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free information about your stored data at any time and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

Custom-made products and personalized orders
Yes very likely! I am always happy to create something new. Just write me and tell me in as much detail as possible what you would like to have. I will then make you a non-binding offer.
I can't decide which design is right for me?
It's always good to pay a little attention to what the design example looks like and what data you want to see on your stamp. If you pick a stamp designed for an individual but want all the first names of your family of four on it, your stamp will end up looking different than the example you fell in love with.It is best to contact me in advance, then I can tell you without obligation whether your desired design and your address data fit together.
Can I see drafts with my data before I order?
I can only ship drafts for fixed orders. But if you really don't like the design at all, you can still choose another font from my examples in the shop or even change the design.
Custom-made products and personalized orders
That's not a problem. You can choose from all examples in my shop. Just let me know in your order message which font you would like to have.
I like a certain design, but I would like to have a different graphic?
With pleasure. If you want to have a graphic of another stamp from my shop, I will be happy to replace it. If you would like to have a completely new graphic, please contact me in advance. Yes! very gladly!
How long does it take to get my view draft?
Usually only a few hours, sometimes a day.
How long does it take for my stamp to arrive?
I send all stamps 3-5 days after receipt of payment and approval. Within Germany, the stamp is usually delivered the next day or the day after next.
Do you do other things too?
Yes! I also make business cards, invitations, wedding stationery (invitations, thank you cards, menu cards, place cards, etc.), logos, shop banners, etc. and am always happy about completely new ideas and requests.
