Crafting is my sanity. It is my escape outlet. I love shiny things and experimenting with different types of mediums. My signature line is Kilt Pin Brooches - they can be as individual as you are :) I don't know how it really all began, it just came into being. Really, I just like making stuff.

I champion Australian hand made and enjoy blogging; I feature an Australian Handmade Artist every Friday.

I am a Leader within the fabulous DUST (Down Under Street Team) along with two other wonderful ladies Melanie and Jade. I became a leader after being nominated and accepting the role, following the sad passing of our dear leader Julie-Ann .

I am more than happy to reserve items if you see something you have to have but don't have the funds for straight away ! However, I cannot reserve items indefinately and will negotiate the period an item can be reserved for based on your circumstances.

If you have any queries, want more photos of an item etc etc please convo me happy to oblige :)

I provide the best level of customer service that I can and once I receive your order, I generally will send you a convo to confirm shipping details and expected mailing date. I also generally contact you to let you know when the item has been shipped and the expected shipping times, as per advice from my local postal service at the date shipped. I generally send a convo once the expected delivery time has elaspsed, to confirm that the item has arrived in good condition and that you are happy with your purchase.

If you prefer not to receive these messages, please advise this in notes to seller when you are completing the checkout process. Some buyers may find this process intrusive and rather than risk negative feedback. if you let me know, misunderstandings can be avoided.

As per ETSY policy, the expectation is that all members of Etsy (including Etsy's staff) to treat each other with respect and kindness. Remember that behind every username is a real person with feelings. Your username on Etsy is your identity. You are responsible for your conduct and all content submitted under your username on Etsy.

Most buyers will pay right away, especially if paying via PayPal. If the buyer is sending payment by mail (such as a check or money order), they should contact you to make arrangements and notify you when payment will be sent.

If you haven't heard from the buyer, you should politely contact them with a reminder.

I expect payments to be completed within 7 days of purchase. If payment is not received in this time, I will send a reminder to you. If you do not respond to the reminder within 3 days and a formal request to cancel the transaction will be made.
