- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
The consequences of the revocation: You can return all products within 14 days after prior agreement by a stamped return. However, a written revocation must be made beforehand (preferably by email). Please note that only for originally packaged and undamaged products the full sales price can be refunded. The postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
Returns without prior agreement and prior written revocation will not be accepted by me.
2) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that have been individually manufactured at the customer's request or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
3) Non-free returns will not be accepted by me.
4) There is no right of return for used items damaged by the buyer.
5) The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to complain in writing (by e-mail) of any errors within 5 days of receipt at the latest. If the complaint is not made in time, the customer's warranty claims lapse.
I would like to have an opportunity to examine the facts and am open to solutions. I therefore insist on written communication in this case. I reserve the right to provide proof in the form of photos by email before goods are returned. A return without prior agreement is excluded and will not be accepted. Without prior agreement, no refund of the value of the goods will be made. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Payment
The shipping costs are borne by the customer. Delivery is at the expense and risk of the customer.
Shipping is generally insured via Deutsche Post AG. The costs for this shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of multiple orders, it cannot be ensured that the goods can be combined in one package. This may have to be clarified by email made-by-iwi [!at] outlook.de before ordering.
The customer receives an invoice without VAT, according to the small business regulation, the VAT is not shown.
