Even as a child, I couldn't keep my hands off color crucibles, scissors, modelling clay and everything else that could be shaped or shaped. My parents were much less enthusiastic about this creativity, especially since I simply misused everyday objects. My grandmother was a seamstress and taught me how to sew on her old singer sewing machine at a very early age. That's when the first outfits for my Barbie dolls were created. As a young person, I began to deal intensively with fashion design, fashion drawing and photography.
Photography and the passion for fashion have remained. A penchant for interior design, art, architecture and philosophy have been added. I am inspired by black and white photography, retro photos, graphic ornaments of the fifties and sixties, fashion and interior design of the sixties and seventies.
I particularly like the Bauhaus style, its typographic elements and graphic forms. I find psychedelic patterns and shapes with their color combinations just as inspiring. Artists like Yayoi Kusama (those with the dots), Keith Haring or Ai Wei Wei also influence my work.
Privately, I like to live in a bright cottage style paired with industrial style.
Why am I telling you all this? My style has evolved from all these different influences. With my work equipment I am pluridisciplinary. I photograph, paint analogue, mix digitally, paint digitally. Mixed medias are my specialty. Where I can combine all these steps in one work. I've even been able to apply works to furniture. That looks great.
I also really like pure illustrations and pattern designs. Sometimes I prefer one thing, sometimes the other. Then greeting cards, postcards or patterns for fabrics and walls are created.
I like to work with other artists such as authors, dancers or musicians to be inspired by their works. This very often results in posters, book covers, CD covers and much, much more. Inspire me with your ideas or ideas ... Because creativity has wings :)

Schon als Kind konnte ich nicht die Finger von Farbtiegel, Scheren, Knetmasse und allem was sonst noch form- oder gestaltbar war lassen. Meine Eltern hat diese Kreativität wesentlich weniger begeistert, zumal ich Alltagsgegenstände ganz einfach zweckentfremdete. Meine Oma war Schneiderin und brachte mir schon ganz früh auf ihrer alten Singernähmaschine das Nähen bei. Da entstanden die ersten Outfits für meine Barbiepuppen. Als junger Mensch begann ich mich intensiv mit Modedesign, Modezeichnen und Fotografie zu beschäftigen.
Die Fotografie und die Leidenschaft für Mode sind geblieben. Ein Faible für Interieurdesign, Kunst, Architektur und Philosophie sind dazugekommen. Mich inspiriert Schwarzweißfotografie, Retrofotos, grafische Ornamente der Fünfziger- und Sechzigerjahre, Mode und Interieurdesign der Sechziger und Siebziger.

Warum ich euch das alles erzähle? Mein Stil hat sich aus all diesen verschiedenen Einflüssen entwickelt. Mit meinen Arbeitsmittel bin ich pluridisziplinär. Ich fotografiere, male analog, mixe digital, male digital. Mixed Medias sind meine Spezialität. Da, wo ich all diese Schritte in einem Werk vereinen kann. Sogar auf Möbel konnte ich schon Werke aufbringen. Das sieht toll aus.
Auch reine Illustrationen und Musterdesigns mag ich sehr. Manchmal bevorzuge ich das Eine, manchmal das Andere. Dann entstehen Glückwunschkarten, Postkarten oder Muster für Stoffe und Wände.
Ich arbeite gerne mit anderen Künstlern wie Autoren, Tänzern oder Musikern um mich von ihren Werken inspirieren zu lassen. Daraus entstehen dann sehr oft Plakate, Buchcovers, CD-Covers und vieles, vieles mehr. Inspiriere mich mit Deinen Ideen oder Vorstellungen ... Denn die Kreativität hat eben Flügel :)
