My name is Marie, I am 25 years old, I am studying psychology and I have been doing ceramics for 3 years.
At a birthday party, a guest brought a homemade jug. When I heard about it, I looked for her directly in the party hustle and bustle to ask her where there was the opportunity to make potters. She told me about an open workshop with the so-called "old ladies" and offered that I could come along. I accepted the offer immediately and found myself two weeks later in a room full of "old ladies" and their modeled figures. Since then I have never stopped and have very quickly set up my own studio. And a new great friendship has also emerged from this.

Ich heiße Marie, bin 27 Jahre alt, studiere Psychologie und mache seit 4,5 Jahren Keramik.
Auf einer Geburtstagsparty hat eine Gästin eine selbstgemachte Kanne mitgebracht. Als ich davon erfahren habe, habe ich sie direkt im Partygetümmel gesucht, um sie zu fragen wo es die Möglichkeit gibt zu Töpfern. Sie hat mir von einer offenen Werkstatt mit den sogenannten "old ladies" erzählt und angeboten, dass ich mal mitkommen kann. Das Angebot habe ich sofort angenommen und fand mich zwei Wochen später in einem Raum voller "old Ladies" und ihren modellierten Figuren wieder. Seither hab ich nie wieder aufgehört und habe mir sehr schnell mein eigenes Studio aufgebaut. Und eine neue tolle Freundschaft ist auch daraus entstanden.
