So beautiful! Larger than I expected, but a perfect addition to my sister's sewing room. Prompt and courteous response time. Would definitely order from again.

Item arrived on time and was beautiful but in 3 days of wear it tore where it was braided to gather. Money was refunded but no offer given to repair or remake. Poor customer service

This customer owned the item for three days and broke it. We refunded his money and told him to keep the case which he chose not to do. There seemed to be no way to satisfy this customer and he seemed difficult to please. We were unwilling to go through this process with him multiple times.
