I agree, this certainly was a disappointment to both of us, being that it was an irreplaceable art item. My history shows most items arrive safe and sound, but there could be rare isolated occasions, with "shipping" this could happen, and like she said, "out of my control"... Under such circumstances, it was such a pleasure to have you as a kind and understanding customer. It was my pleasure to assist you as best I could, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and I will try to see how I can do better from the experience. The seller packaged it carefully - in the original box - and shipped it promptly, arriving quickly with no issues. I really appreciate the quick shipment and that the figure was clean and had the original Giuseppe Armani box. I recommend the seller for their quality and service!
